Psychiatric Aide Duties and Responsibilities: Accompany and supervise residents on educational and recreational group outings. Restrain or aid patients as necessary to prevent injury. Assist psychiatric patients with daily therapeutic and hygiene needs. Maintain records of patient's condition and activity.
