1. What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today
Some major challenges that teens may be going through may be peer pressure, family problems such as divorce, all types of bullying, sense of non perfection, time management and more.

2. What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today? What are you doing about them?
2    A major challenge i am dealing with is time management.

3. How does being a CTR person help you to overcome any challenge you may face?
      Being a CTR person helps me overcome any challenge because i choose the right and dont do bad. 

4. How can you help other teens to overcome their challenges?
I can help them by giving them tips on how to overcome their challenges.

The attitude of gratitude would give you a good reputation and will make you look like a good person saying thank you for things and being a kind person. The feeling when you do something good for someone is a good feeling, it makes you feel good and it could make your day. If you do something good it might come back to you for example if you find a wallet that a man just dropped he will be thankful and you will feel good and not only make you feel good but something good happens to you too like maybe finding money on the floor. "Kindness is the essence of greatness." Quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin I strongly agree with this statement/quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin. It is true that kindness is the essence of greatness because that's what determines what kind of person you are, what is your true character. If you don't have kindness then you would have a bad reputation and make you look like if you don't have a good character. For example if you play a sport and you are arguing with the referee then it would make you look bad, maybe you might be a good athlete but you would have a bad character on yourself. It's better to be kind and choose the right then be mean and choose the wrong.
