This quote relates from football to real life. In football you have offense and defense and in offense you must know where the goalpost is to score a field goal (3 pts.) or a touchdown (6 pts.). If you go the opposite way you will make it easier for the defense. The goalpost would be you're goal and you are the offense and the people trying to stop you from making it to your goal are the defense. You must pass every one to score/achieve your goal. This can go for every sport because you must know where you have to score (your goal). There will always be a defense trying to stop you from scoring or getting to your goal and you must either "juke" them to get there. You always have to have high goals and challenge yourself to achieve more. For example for football we workout and I max out 155 lbs in

Optometry Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Fit and provide glasses and contact lens for patients. Order prescription eyewear. Explain eye exercises to patients. Take patient history. Assist Optometrist with examinations. Measure patients’ eyes and faces. Salary: $20,328- $35,089 annually Education: High school diploma or equivalent Demand or need for this profession: Business skills.   Communication skills.   Customer-service skills.   Decisionmaking skills.   Dexterity. Reflection:  I have seen and met a  Optometry Technician and he was a good guy and helped me receive my glasses. It doesn't seem bad to be a Optometry Technician. I would like to be one because it would be nice and with pretty good pay.

"Only those live who do good." Quote by Count Leo Tolstoy I agree with this quote by Count Leo Tolstoy. Those who live good will live and maybe even longer. For example if someone chooses the the wrong and smokes weed or any type of drugs will not last because they would get sick and get very ill and possibly die. But if you choose the right and do good you are most likely to live longer because you are healthy and good. If you do bad then bad things can happen back to you and you wont be successful too. Always choose the right to live a better life.

Interpersonal skills.   Speaking skills.   Reflection:  I would like to be a Optometrist because I've visited one to get my glasses so i can see better and it seems like a pretty easy job with good pay. Being a optometrist wouldn't be all bad or bad at all. I would be helping people out and i enjoy helping people out or making them feel good.

For example drinking is very popular to do in the U.S but its not the right thing to do but the right thing to do is to not drink but its not very popular. I have a friend that goes to parties where they drink and everything with his friends but he never drinks or anything he just sits down and uses his phone. He is doing the right thing but its not popular but its good that he does that. He hangs out with the wrong people but he doesn't follow the peer pressure. My friend chooses the right always. Everyone should do their same but some are just to stuck on being popular and wanting to be popular thinking they are cool or want to be. 

NFL (National Football League) The National Football League is a professional American football league with 32 teams, divided equally between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC).  In the NFL there are 17 weeks in season but every team plays 16 games due to bye week, which is from weeks 5-11, and it was created so there can be an extra week of football. After the 17 weeks the best 12 teams with the best records (6 from AFC, 6 from NFC) contend in the NFL playoffs to make it to the Super Bowl and try their best to win. 1 week before the Super Bowl, there is an event where the best NFC stars play against the best AFC stars. Tobacco Tobacco smoking is a health related issue.  Tobacco is a product prepared from the leaves of the tobacco plant by curing them. Many people smoke tobacco for their own habit. Tobacco has been an issue for years and some people have put ads and there's places where you can go to for help.  I would want to do something about it but some people cant get over their habit. Reflection:  This topic isn't related to me it is just something i would like to fix of this world. This world needs to be tobacco free and we all need to stay away from drugs and alcohol because its a bad thing. If you ever do it only consequences will come. Some people think they are cool because of it but at the end they will regret it.

If everyone is doing something wrong it doesn't mean you should do it and you know it wouldn't feel right.For example if you cheat on a test or copy homework from someone else, its bad and at the end you won't learn anything from it. You would probably feel horrible for doing something bad. Cheating may get you A's but at the end you are just cheating yourself because you don't learn anything and when the day of the big test comes you wont know how to do it and fail. When I work out for football i don't just do half a push up and not go all the way down because at the end I would just cheat myself by not getting any stronger. To achieve your goal you just have to work hard for it and not take the easy way because it would come with consequences.

Artist have ways to express feelings by drawing and painting. Many artists can just be mad and make a bunch of mess on a paper and it would be art. Sometimes its not about the drawing but about the emotions on it. Drawing is very entertaining for me and it would be nice to earn a lot of money for just doing something I enjoy doing.

Have you ever thought to yourself that if you did something right it might come out wrong? I have but something cant be wrong by doing right, just like Monson says. You can't do something right and be wrong and you cant do something wrong and be right. If you think doing something right would turn out wrong it wont happen. It wuld be like 99.99% that you would do right by doing right. The other .01% would be like if you said something you think is right but it turns out wrong for the person you are telling it too. So remember to always choose the right. Choose the right and good things will happen to you. Always think to your self that you can't be right by doing wrong and you can't be wrong by doing right.

Harmful Effects of Marijuana Some long-term and short-term side effects are: Temporary memory loss. Lack of coordination. Altered perception of time. Changes in mood. Difficulties thinking or problem solving. Irritability. Sleeplessness. Decreased appetite. Anxiety. Aggression All these side-effects actually makes me feel bad for those who do smoke. How much pain they will cause their body to go through. Its sad how we have a body and some of us aren't taking care of it like we should. My brother Giovanni told me not to smoke or do any drugs or anything because it can mess up my life and if i want to be something in life i have to chase that dream and i plan to follow what he told me to not smoke and to follow my dreams and i promise to do this for not only my family but for myself too. I want to be healthy and achieve my goals.

According to Merriam-Webster the dictionary website enthusiasm is when you have a strong excitement of feeling. I feel like enthusiasm does make a difference because when you are enthusiastic you are like a different person with excitement and confidence. In class we saw a couple of videos of Winnie the Pooh and how Tigger was so enthusiastic and Eeyore was so boring and i think people should be more like Tigger because it would make a difference, not only for them selves but for everyone else. When someone has enthusiasm it can make them feel good and others feel good. Like Mr. Haymore told me enthusiasm can spread like a chain reaction. For example if my team were to be in a huddle and i had so much enthusiasm i can pump them up and give them enthusiasm to do better and have more enthusiasm than the other team and win. Its always good

I know that this job can be hard sometimes based on how they are but i believe i can do it because one of the skills is to have patience and i have a plethora of patience.
