My IDP show case went well. I felt calm because i feel like i am use to it. Yesterday was my 5th IDP. IDP is a interdisciplinary project where you have to discuss health issues and how to cope with it and an action plan we will take to spread awareness. It went well and our topic was about schizophrenia and we discussed the background of schizophrenia, the cause and effects, stressors, coping mechanisms and the action plan. Our creative element was a website.

True can have many definitions and it can be a verb, adverb, and an adjective. True can mean honest and loyal. Lincoln is bound to be honest and loyal than to win. If you are bound to win at least do it with truth. Win with loyalty and honesty. You can win a game by cheating but its better to be true because then bad things may happen to you too. "Develop the attitude of gratitude" Quote by Thomas S. Monson This quote by Thomas S. Monson is something everyone should do. The attitude of gratitude would give you a good reputation and will make you look like a good person saying thank you for things and being a kind person. The feeling when you do something good for someone is a good feeling, it makes you feel good and it could make your day. If you do something good it might come back to you for example if you find a wallet that a man just dropped he will be thankful and you will feel good and not only make you feel good but something good happens to you too like maybe finding money on the floor. "Kindness is the essence of greatness." Quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin I strongly agree with this statement/quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin. It is true that kindness is the essence of greatness because that's what determines what kind of person you are, what is your true character. If you don't have kindness then you would have a bad reputation and make you look like if you don't have a good character. For example if you play a sport and you are arguing with the referee then it would make you look bad, maybe you might be a good athlete but you would have a bad character on yourself. It's better to be kind and choose the right then be mean and choose the wrong.
