I agree with this quote by Dennis. Having good values is like knowing your standards in what you do. For example if you enjoy eating junk food you may become obese but if you know your standards and have good values you would eat healthy. Good values is very important and not just for your health but for you overall. Good values is more important than money, more important than love, and more important than happiness. Good values can bring all of that in fact. Good values would be choosing the right.

The attitude of gratitude would give you a good reputation and will make you look like a good person saying thank you for things and being a kind person. The feeling when you do something good for someone is a good feeling, it makes you feel good and it could make your day. If you do something good it might come back to you for example if you find a wallet that a man just dropped he will be thankful and you will feel good and not only make you feel good but something good happens to you too like maybe finding money on the floor. "Kindness is the essence of greatness." Quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin I strongly agree with this statement/quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin. It is true that kindness is the essence of greatness because that's what determines what kind of person you are, what is your true character. If you don't have kindness then you would have a bad reputation and make you look like if you don't have a good character. For example if you play a sport and you are arguing with the referee then it would make you look bad, maybe you might be a good athlete but you would have a bad character on yourself. It's better to be kind and choose the right then be mean and choose the wrong.
