I strongly agree with this quote by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. According to Merriam-Webster the dictionary website enthusiasm is when you have a strong excitement of feeling. I feel like enthusiasm does make a difference because when you are enthusiastic you are like a different person with excitement and confidence. In class we saw a couple of videos of Winnie the Pooh and how Tigger was so enthusiastic and Eeyore was so boring and i think people should be more like Tigger because it would make a difference, not only for them selves but for everyone else. When someone has enthusiasm it can make them feel good and others feel good. Like Mr. Haymore told me enthusiasm can spread like a chain reaction. For example if my team were to be in a huddle and i had so much enthusiasm i can pump them up and give them enthusiasm to do better and have more enthusiasm than the other team and win. Its always good to have enthusiasm.

True can have many definitions and it can be a verb, adverb, and an adjective. True can mean honest and loyal. Lincoln is bound to be honest and loyal than to win. If you are bound to win at least do it with truth. Win with loyalty and honesty. You can win a game by cheating but its better to be true because then bad things may happen to you too. For example we played a school a couple weeks ago and the coach from the other school wasn't really playing fair and they won and later that day he texted our coach and told him that we won the game that he wasn't being honest. "Kindness is the essence of greatness." Quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin I strongly agree with this statement/quote by Joseph B. Wirthlin. It is true that kindness is the essence of greatness because that's what determines what kind of person you are, what is your true character. If you don't have kindness then you would have a bad reputation and make you look like if you don't have a good character. For example if you play a sport and you are arguing with the referee then it would make you look bad, maybe you might be a good athlete but you would have a bad character on yourself. It's better to be kind and choose the right then be mean and choose the wrong.

"In life as in football, you wont go far, unless you know where the goalposts are." Quote by Arnold H. Glasgow I agree with this quote by Arnold H. Glasgow. This quote relates from football to real life. In football you have offense and defense and in offense you must know where the goalpost is to score a field goal (3 pts.) or a touchdown (6 pts.). If you go the opposite way you will make it easier for the defense. The goalpost would be you're goal and you are the offense and the people trying to stop you from making it to your goal are the defense. You must pass every one to score/achieve your goal. This can go for every sport because you must know where you have to score (your goal). There will always be a defense trying to stop you from scoring or getting to your goal and you must either "juke" them to get there.
